I refroze it for about two hours before I actually ate it...maybe more milk to thin it out would have helped?
It was cool, though, seeing my chunks of banana turn into a creamy texture all of a sudden...
I had to keep in mind that it would still have a banana taste since I'm not all that much of a banana eater to begin with. For my diet it's really nice because I can have this and not use up any starches or dairy for my day. I get limited amounts of those, and I generally don't crave fruit, so this is a good alternative especially if the fruit at the store looks a bit icky.
