I'm bad at contributing to the daily thread - this is the first time I'm doing it - but I try to always read. I just wanted to say that I went to Yoga today for the first time in nearly a year. It was intense, but awesome, and I'm glad I did it.

Wow! I never made it back today! The doggies are at their vacation camp and I'm missing them already. We're pretty much packed and are sitting down for a late supper.
