Angie and I had turkey gravy over mashed potatoes tonight. We froze the rest of our Thanksgiving leftovers for now.

Time to get back on track!

RUDOLPH....it just might be a bit of a rough ride for 5 this month!!

Not weighing myself until Sat, but wanted to check in. Am sticking to plan, for the most part, and feeling good at the moment. Hope you all are doing well.

I am so excited...I am new and recently committed to my weight-loss. I've never dieted before (as my slowly increasing weight let me know.) My new motto is that "it's worth it!"

Well today was rough at work due to lots of people being absent. But I figured out what caused my weight gain I think. I got some new snacks and I've been munching on them a bit too much and they are really high in sodium yikes. So I'll cut back. But I've only gained 1.4 so not too bad. At least I caught myself this time. I may start weighing myself everyday to help myself. Not sure about it but am thinking about it.

Anyways have a great night!

Haven't posted in a few days. I am in a funk. I am stuck and just keep going under and over 200 by a bit. Nothing seems to be happening. My body is so stupid and gives up the weight so slowly. It really gets on my nerves sometimes.

I know i need to keep going and keep my head up. I just wish I could shake myself and make this body give up some pounds. BLAH!!!

HI TEAM

Well I am holding steady but that means no loss....dang! I haven't been able to get any miles in after work....just too tired after the long drive home from the job I am on right now.

MINDY ~ I was thinking I needed to get a doctor in the house for all the ones not feeling well. I could use a doctor right now to fix my Raiders...looking very sick against my dil's Chargers! I got a glimpse of her shaking her pom poms on the sideline.

CAREY ~ Never too late to join us here! All are welcome at any time

Count me in. I lost the five pounds I gained from eating so terribly and not working out, and I'm ready to lose another five! I'm at 190 right now. I wish I could stay in the 180's for more than a day or two. I don't know what I'm doing anymore.

*frustrated*

Lost 3 out of 5 pounds of the Thanksgiving gain. Working on upping my exercising this weekend to try to get back to ticker. Was trying to get to 170 by Christmas - now it's looking like I will be grateful to get to 175. I will take it though because it's better than a major gain which is what usually happens to be during the holidays. Starting out the new year a 175 is way better than last year's 210 or so!
