45 minutes swimming. I gave up out of sheer frustration after the lap pool was invaded by kids.

Lemme ask you all a question...

First of all, Where is Ez Money? Has anyone seen him?

And 2. Which do y'all think is better and would burn more calories? A stationary bike or a gazelle? I want them both for Christmas, but at tis time I have to choose.

I think Gary posted in the maintainers thread that he's out of town for a few days.

Is a gazelle like an elliptical runner? If so, it is likely to burn a few more calories than the stationary bike. Because you use the bike sitting sitting down, I've noticed that you have to work much, much harder to get your heart rate up than you do on a treadmill or elliptical. Nevertheless, whichever you like better and will use more will burn more calories in the long run.

This is the Gazelle:
http://www.amazon.com/Gazelle-1285-Edge/dp/B0000AS7W2

I've had one before but had to sell it. I really did like it alot. it worked a lot of muscles all over my body even in places I didn't know I had them LOL!

But I was hoping a stationary bike would halp me build up my theigh muscle endurance because 15 minutes of riding my Mountain Bike outside and my legs are burning so bad I have to stop and that's just a bummer, so I dunno....

Maybe I'll get the gazelle for Xmass and go get a staionary Bike sometime after Christmas.

Glad to hear gary is ok. Seems weird in this thread without him.
