My "personal trainers" met me at the door....AND...since they didn't dig any holes in the yard, eat any Rachael Ray magazines off the table or chew up any shoes.....I had the privelege of being able to take them on a walk.

Love this thread!

-I don't have a sweet/salty tooth. I just like food.
-I have an eating plan (WW Core) that works for me
-I'm glad I do have a weight problem, because if I didn't have to get help, I would just eat crap all my life and be very unhealthy.

-I actually love to exercise now. WOOHOO for the runner's high
-Races give me excuses to travel and reasons for extending the distances I'm able to run
-I live in San Diego, so the days that I cannot go outside to run are rare indeed
-I have a good, cheap gym
-There are races here every weekend
-I also have a treadmill in my apt complex if I'm too lazy to go to the gym
-I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes
-I'm thankful that I'm not on a shoestring
-Single, no kids, so nobody telling me what to eat/making demands on my exercise time
-I'm losing my taste for grazing at work - even on pizza!
-The Beck Diet Solution rocks
-I'm glad I didn't throw away all my skinny clothes!

I've mostly been on that board-that-shall-not-be-named and just haven't been posting so regularly on this one. Thanks for asking, though.
