  • Well, it's been pretty quiet on the thread this week! Anyone weighing in today?

    I'm giving myself another day to hopefully lose another pound. This weekend was disastrous. I made chocolate chip cookies (who knows why) and indulged in cookie dough a bit too much. Oh and then actual cookies later. I eventually stuck them in the freezer. Out of sight, out of mind and all that.

    I lost another half pound last friday, going down to 148.5, my lowest weight this year, and somehow I felt entitled to eat more and be lazy with exercise. NOOOO! That was not what I should have done. I have gained weight since then. I am trying to work out more and eat less these next few days to try to get back down to my last week's weigh-in weight. I should have stayed on plan.

    I did stay on plan yesterday, so that helped a little.

    Hope tomorrow's weigh-in is not a gain for me.
  • ahhh ok 149 again! All these guests! I think someone mentioned earlier that it is a bit tough to stay focused around this time of the year. Well my guests will be gone by next week so i guess I'll have the rest of the month to get back down to 146/147. As for now, I'm just trying to stay below 150.

    I'm boucing around 148.5-150 myself. Let's stay focused and stay BELOW 150 and get back down to that weight even sooner than the end of the month. You can do it!
  • Im still around!! 179 I keep losing and gaining the same 5 pounds! I have 4 weeks till a long holiday in the sun though so I have my focused hat on at the moment, I will be 176 by next week!!

    Oh well, I've bumped up my exercise so I should see some loss soon. Guess I should measure myself too. It's been awhile.

    I was hoping for a big whoooooosh this week - however, I adore ANY loss right now because I got all the way up to 153 (wtf) just 4 days ago. So really, I'm considering this one a 2 lb loss in my head .

    Crazy that this is almost over! I would love to do another challenge after this is done. Scarlett, you've been doing such a great job of organizing everything and keeping people motivated, and just knowing I have to weigh in every week keeps me from going overboard almost any day of the week!
  • I'm in at 229. It's only a pound but I'll take it. That was my goal for the 12 week challenge, but I feel like these last couple of week, I could have done so much better. I'm gonna hit it hard this week and try to get to 225 by next week, although TOM is expected to arrive, so I don't know if it'll work out.
