April Snow - well done on your great loss. You are doing brilliantly and I am in awe of your willpower!
Having a foodie but non-eating weekend. Made loads of chutney (which I can't eat) and pumpkin soup for dinner (which I will eat as it is a PV day) - I used the recipe from the Dukan book and pepped it up a bit with some coriander and cinnamon.

eire22 I do walk 30 min and do weights 5 days a week for sure. I am going to step it up because I want to get my muscles in shape. 
CanuckJ as you have seen we love our Dukan. I actually prefer the Attack Phase...I have been a vegitarian most of my life so maybe my body thinks "enough vegies already"!!!
