I never thought I'd b cheering for that temp, but after having the mid 90*s, today is actually breathable. On Sunday 88* w rain showers
Carri I was adding to my post late yesterday when we got an 'electrical power surge' & my page went blank
My post was a note about swimsuits. I think u read it cause u remember seeing it. Here's a repeat of what I might have said yesterday??? The steps for keeping swimsuit fabric looking great & colors from fading: buy 1 piece swimwear 1 size larger than your normal clothing size so that the Lycra/spandex doesn't pull & stretch-out-of shape from cellulite/back-fat/mid-driff fat/belly-fat/butts.
2-piece suits, bikini/tankini suits should fit comfortably & not snug for the same concerns as a 1 piece fabric suit, but w/o the concerns regarding back-fat/mid-driff fat bulging.
When you find a suit that you love, buy 2
in different colors. I have 9 suits, bikini's/tankini's & all colors except black, orange & my dh has 5 trunks, enjoy being a 'girl'
This only takes "5 minutes of thoughtful care" to have a pretty suit: * Never-ever wash your swimsuit in a washer/dry in a dryer or hang outdoors to dry. Instead rinse suits w a gentle soap made for delicates or this is what I enjoy doing. I have a bottle of unscented baby shampoo that I rinse my suits with in my bathroom sink that I add a drop of fragrance to the water (sometimes vanilla, cucumber-melon, coconut, Beware 'you'll get some smiles when you enter a pool wearing a pretty scent) but Never/ever squeeze the excess water out w your fingers because that will stretch the fibers, sooo to keep your suit looking great; & to get the excess water out, just always roll-up your suit in a towel to absorb the majority of the water & then lay it to dry on a fresh towel out of the sun/heat; I frequently lay my suits on a towel, across the towel-bar of my walk-in shower door to drip inside the shower. If I am traveling in a hotel, I lay my suit on a towel across the bathtub to finish drying overnight. I ruined/stretched-out some suits in my past years before I began sewing & learning about fabric care.
Okay I'm sure you probably always do those things to keep your swimwear fabric looking beautiful, so please don't shoot-me for my thoughts....My friends always layed their suits across their deck-railing or dried in their dryers & squeezed the water out of their suits & the Lycra lost shape from the fabrics stretching; after using my fabric care hints their suits r lasting longer & r looking pretty.
About your ta-ta's/twin-girls, I think I suggested using a nude or black bra that fits (you may, or may not need to cut-off the front portion using only the cups/sides; sewing it inside your suit or using a fabric glue. Or wear a cute sports bra w a swimsuit-bottom or do a color-block layer your sports-bra wearing it inside your suit.
Do whatever you like, b your own designer because there r no swimwear rules, B a Free spririt
a outlaw. Hmm your dh Will pay attention to your new bod When he see's you in a bikini & your new curvy bod returning
Put on some pumps or Espadrills & flaunt in front of him....you said you just got a pedicure
Girls, Have a Happy & Safe Weekend

Weighed in at 192.4 this morning so I'm happy with that! Been eating better and doing a lot of work outside so that helps. With this heat wave I haven't been able to do as much so I hope it passes soon. I stopped my bc 7 days ago bc my period came a month early again for the 2nd cycle in a row (I am on the one period every 3 months pills). I have had a headache for the past 7 days and I'm guessing they are hormone headaches from the hormone withdrawal....has anyone ever been through this? If it doesn't go away I may just start the pills again even though I wanted to give my body a break from them.

Hope you'all enjoy the Fireworks!
May God Bless You All 'with more time together'.
for going to work-out in the morning in this heat. Do u have a "Susie Day" planned? We didn't sell our boat so our finances r still screwed-up & that's why we can't drive to the Columbus Zoo this summer & meet u & your dh. We're staying in MI this summer for our vacations.
On the Bachelorette: I'm glad Emily cut-loose Chris finally, he's got Ego problems. I wish Jef had opened-up to her earlier, he's a good guy & their chemistry is sweet/pure; my dh commented 'Jef needs to b 4" taller' (Emily loves her clothes) so he'll b cut next week. I loved the 'messy bedroom joke' that Sean played on Emily & also when he ran down the street for 1 more kiss when she was leaving him
Just 2 more weeks & Big B. is back
whenever I have dessert/candy w my meals. Just drink a ice-slushy flavored w chopped fruit; or flavor my water w a slice of cucumber, lemon or mint if I'm hungry later.
