I'm so jealous. I'll probably have to wait until next week. Congratulations, Billie! You deserve it.

Enjoy yourself.

I'm toying with the idea of getting the hair cut today. My family loves it long, but I'm feeling the need for a change. I'm also considering working today. I was putting out fires all day yesterday and my reports are running a little late. Will someone remind me of how much I love my job and how fortunate I am to have a job today?

Your hair is not about your family. Do what YOU want to do.

I am not a fan of The Oprah in general, but I do like Bob Greene and Dr. Oz. Listening to their podcasts while I clean. I may have some of you early risers start calling me on Monday morning. The gym in the AM. Gah.

I am so glad I woke up early today. I finished doing my treadmill and I did 3.26 miles. I know it's not that great but I feel I accomplished something. Hopefully, I'll be able to do better soon. We also had some errands to run as usual and now I am tired. It's going to be a long night tonight.

Billie
, Mark Bittman is wonderful. You'll like his book. Congrats on meeting your goal. Awesome

If you want to cut your hair then cut it! There is nothing better than a good hair cut. You are blessed to have the job you have and you love it . . . is that good?

Awesome Job!!

Well I made it through my binge moment yesterday after my rough weigh in. I stayed OP and I'm now on day #23! Also my hubby just told me that we can buy the elliptical machine I want!! So a double plus he and I will be able to exercise together after my son goes to bed, so instead of sitting on our butts watching TV we will be working out while watching TV!

Jen - Congratulations on the new elliptical!

Well, I did get my hair cut, but family is happy, too. I kept it long in the back, but had some shatters cut in around my face. Now, I just need to put on the haircolor. The grays are peeking through and telling my age!

So far, this has been an on-plan weekend. I plan on keeping it that way today.

I love your hair. I am envious of how thick it is compared to my 18 strands. At least it seems like that is all I have.

Damn Plurk is down. Now I have to find another way to avoid playing Hot Wheels. Sigh.

I still have to drink another 1.5 quarts of water before bed. Calories are excellent today.

Great plan
Of course, the first time I read this I read 'porn'

Random info for the night: Vegan carrot cake from the natural store is to die for. OMG it was so good. I'm glad it was a single serving small piece which hubby and I split. That's all

Congrats on the 10 lbs Billie, that's awesome!

Your hair looks FABULOUS, Rhonda, aren't you glad you got it cut!?!

Jen, enjoy that new elliptical, how cool to have it at home! And congrats on making it through a rough patch and still being OP! WAY TO GO!!!!

This was not a great weekend for me food-wise. After being sick last week and eating too little, I ate too much this weekend and way too much of it was junk. I got in long bike rides both days, but that won't offset the salt and empty carbs of stuff like pretzels and corn chips. Boo hiss...

Getting ready to go run in a little bit.

Ohhh Rhonda looks even hotter this morning

How was the frosting on the carrot cake Anj? Icing and sour cream seem to be the two things that I just do not like the veganized version. Sour cream was a hard thing to let go, icing - eh not so bad.

Anna - Jealous of the pom. I've had ONE in the past 8-9 months. I only found them around here right before Christmas - what gives?

Jo glad you're feeling better!

I had a not great food day yesterday. I ate almost all of a pizza and some popcorn for dinner. helllo lack of nutrition. Pizza isn't horrible calorie wise with no cheese or meat but still. I feel so bloaty this morning from all the sodium.

It's another busy week. I am overbooked with two client sites this week AND a client that was supposed to be ready two weeks ago just sent me some of her information. I also have my last two classes. Exercise will be slim to none but after this week busy season shouldn't seem SO bad.

plan-
break - granola, soy milk, nanner
snack - clif bar (last damn one, those things were dangerous this time having them in the house)
lunch - salad with chickpea cutlet
snack - apple
dinner - making black bean burgers and pasta with artichokes and pesto for the rest of the week, not sure which I want for dinner yet.

I would like to get in a two mile run tonight but depends on weather as I don't have time to hit the gym.

Jo - sorry to hear that you had a weekend full of crap. Is your husband bringing the junk into the house again?

Today was my official weigh-in day. I maintained. The scales did offer a nice little surprise in place of the zero loss. My fat percentage went down by 1%.

Heather - Hope you find some time for yourself this week.

At work. Grumpy because I'm at work. That's all.

Rhonda-Love the hair!! Guess it's slight plateau time for us. Let's blast through it!

Heather-Sorry your so busy. Just get through it and exercise when you can.

Jen -- how soon do you get to go to the new job?

Heather -- eek! Busy, busy, busy, hang in there!

Rhonda - 1% fat loss is awesome!

I feel better after running -- the one thing about eating a ton of carbs over the weekend is having monster fuel for running on Monday morning. I was so over-fueled it was practically obscene. At least it was good for something.
