I'm adding an ice cold orange to my meal plan today because I'm just that much of a rebel. It is quite delicious.

Man! what's wrong with me today? I am still freakin hungry. Damn jerome! It feels like there's a secret passage in my body which I don't know about where the food is landing after I eat. I am almost done with my daily intake of water...sipping last cup slowly as I still have 3 more hours to go.

You can have as much water as you want. Maybe try some hot tea?

I bring water from home and the water cooler here I don't trust. But I might have no choice and hit the water cooler...at least heating the water might kill germies. I have green tea and spiced tea both. Hmm...good idea thanks :)
