So I went shopping today with a really thin friend, and I DID NOT FEEL BAD ABOUT MYSELF OR MY BODY. it helps that she's supportive, and also a totally different body type, but that's a pretty big victory for me


.. 1 pound drop from last week! 


I guess I could afford to be a little more strict with food and working out. Just gotta keep trying!

I'm getting back on track today though. I found a really great oatmeal recipe in Oxygen mag - oatmeal, slivered almonds, dates, almond milk, flaxseed and pure maple syrup! SOOO good!
For lunch I had soup and salad. My morning snack I had Activia Lite, and my afternoon snack is a pear and some low-fat swiss cheese! Waiting for me in the crock pot for dinner is Turkey Chili! So excited about the new crock pot...LOL. Workout today is Power Mix on the treadmill and BodyPump.
