    So I went shopping today with a really thin friend, and I DID NOT FEEL BAD ABOUT MYSELF OR MY BODY. it helps that she's supportive, and also a totally different body type, but that's a pretty big victory for me

    I weighed in at 158.4 today!! .. 1 pound drop from last week!

  • Well Ladies..

    For the past few weeks I have been hovering at the 150 mark.. Last week I saw 149.8 and 149.6.. This week I weighted in at 148.4.. So I guess I can officially say I am out of the 150's.. Thank goodness.. I will see everybody in the 140's thread.. Good luck to everyone!!!!

    Everyone seems to be doing great! I'm on TOM right now so I'm avoiding the scale until next week...hopefully the numbers will fall a bit. I've been a little off plan this month so I'm not sure what to expect... but as long as the numbers keep moving down, I'll be happy.
  • Ugh...I can't seem to get past 155! I've been stuck here a few weeks now I guess I could afford to be a little more strict with food and working out. Just gotta keep trying!
  • 150.9 - gah! I don't know why I went up this week, I've been good about my eating habits and went to the gym twice (so far) this week. Oh well, hopefully next week I'll be in the 140s!

  • Sorry, girls, I haven't been posting like I should. I really need to get out of this thread and into the 140s!! Unfortunately I'm still the same weight - 155. But I'm GOING to lose weight and get the heck out of the 150s! I guess maintaining is better than gaining, but not when you have a trip to Puerto Vallarta in a month and a half!

    I haven't exercised in probably almost 2 week. I'm getting back on track today though. I found a really great oatmeal recipe in Oxygen mag - oatmeal, slivered almonds, dates, almond milk, flaxseed and pure maple syrup! SOOO good! For lunch I had soup and salad. My morning snack I had Activia Lite, and my afternoon snack is a pear and some low-fat swiss cheese! Waiting for me in the crock pot for dinner is Turkey Chili! So excited about the new crock pot...LOL. Workout today is Power Mix on the treadmill and BodyPump. Let's take another stab at it! Keep pushing girls!

    Lol, I'm looking forward to my period next week(-ish) so that I will drop 3 pounds right after. TMI, I know.
