12 minutes on the bike... personal total: 260/250.... so I finally made my goal for a month... I may be setting it too high for October, but I did most of this exercise during the last 2 weeks of the month, so if I keep getting a little in daily I should be able to do a substantially more than 260 in October.
Group total: 20,549 + 12 = 20,562

Me, me don't forget me. 
But the bad allergies AND the loss of my outdoor pool have really set me back this month. But oh well... hey 1395 minutes of exercise is STILL a BIG accomplishment and far more than I used to do!
