Carol, you're not alone on the signature thing ... I finally gave up. Couldn't get the change in the weight loss to register without starting all over again ... and then it didn't seem to want to replace the signature that was there ... just added it! So, I'm just going to be happy with reporting it in numbers and trying to imagine the weight loss.
I love everyone's sense of humor ... we have to laugh if we're going to get through this! So, I'm happy to know there are others out there who get frustrated when they try to cross their legs!! It will be a wonderful thing to reach that goal ... and I'm in there with you all heading for it with all the gusto I can muster.
Well, I've just enjoyed a wonderful fish dinner (I'm trying to make up for eating out four times last week to celebrate my birthday!). I don't ever weigh the next day after going out ... and for three days after Chinese (the salt content is so high!). I just wait for it to even out and hope for a not too drastic change upwards on the scale. When I know I've cheated I just praise the Lord for no change on it (I know I deserve to gain!).
Anyway, blessings as you all hang in there! Joan

It sure is nice to be losing again.

Thank you for that, Carol. If I am mixing your names up - I do apologize.
I'd like to look and feel a little more comfortable with my ankles crossed
?
until suddenly "I can't believe I ate the whole thing". However, if you eat out a lot maybe you should try working it the other way around . . . don't eat dessert unless you've made it yourself.
Stuff to do, places to go before it gets too snowy. Talk to you soon. Keep happy.
