I am not sure why, but I completely forgot about the part of the maintenance protocol wherein you drop down to Phase 1 when you blow it on a big meal with "all the fixin's". I also didn't do a yearly reboot, just kept right on eating whatever I wanted . . . <sigh>
Let's don't beat ourselves up, though -- we know how to do this, right?! We did it before and we can, by gosh, do it again!
