Hey ladies!! I'm really happy to see so many of us sticking with it, and I'm so impressed by your progress!! I can't believe we're only halfway through. I think it's really helping me — normally when I'm trying to meet a goal, by this point I would be thinking about how there's so little time left and I screwed it up, but with this challenge it's so easy to look back and see what I've done so far, which encourages me to keep going. And as of today I've lost 20% of my target loss!
I'm a little nervous because tomorrow I have my first day of volunteering at a therapeutic horse farm, and it's going to require some jogging alongside the horses, which I didn't know until the orientation last week. I'm dreading drawing attention to myself with how huffy and puffy I get (and terrified that I might actually have to stop), but I refuse to back out because I've spent WAY too long putting things off "until I lose the weight." So, we'll see
