Hey Everyone, I;m on Day 12 I think. 6 lbs first week, nothing this week. But I have been slipping. Went to SA Restaurant Assoc dinner. I did eat half pc of bread, had the sm dessert (crepe) and a couple glasses of wine. Oh well. And husband has sales meeting overnight trip to our downtown area Saturday night. will have dinner and drinks again, but will have to get serious again starting Sunday. Altho, we have a "game" dinner that day, too. Need groceries for next week, may just add little fruit for a week or two. Want to lose 10 more by Cancun sales meeting on Feb 17th. Only a mo. away.
All those activities are because of husbands job, mine stinks. Been here 23 years (i'm 49) half my life, stayed way too long. so much for loyalty. Bought out by China co. years ago and they are having BIG problems. We havent shipped orders that were placed in August. Dont know if co will fold or not, they are not telling us a thing. did an interview last week, but hours were noon-8, i am used to 8-5 so I told em I wasnt interested. they left a message yesterday that hours would be 10-6 or probably 930-6pm. I do not know what to do....woke up at 5 worried. Pay is 200 a week less if i take new job. i would rather ride this old one out, hard decisions, any ideas?



I really had to and still have to work at the veggie servings. Just try to get in the habit of adding them to everything you can. You don't have to eat if you're not hungry. The danger is, is you don't eat your snack and end up TOO hungry later. Also, if you are not getting enough calories during the day it can stall your loss. So you'll have to experiment to find out what works best for you. But I admit I will skip a snack here or there. 

No pistachios for me tomorrow!
