I was 177.0 this morning - down .5 from yesterday, but up .5 from the day before that! So good, but I'll be happier once I'm down that other .5!

EDIT: So, I finally managed to have a BM and then I weighed in 176.0! Now I'm happy.

Jelbb - Aww, thanks!! You're too sweet, seriously! It's easy to forget that 201 was only 10 lbs ago, cuz it felt like it took forever to get into Onederland, heh. So now I'm just in such a hurry to get into the 180s, cuz it feels like I've been in the 190s for way too long. But--pshhh! I really should just chill out about it! Lol, thanks for the reminder.

leighish - Aah, you lucky b*tch! Hehe, jk of course, but I'm so jealous! But soooo proud of you, too! Enjoy the next "decade"--I'll be joining you soon, I swear!

Viatre - LOL nice... You're not the first one to notice the great effects of going to the bathroom... But 176, WOW, that's awesome! Well done!

As for me, I weighed in at 190.4 lbs yesterday morning, which gave me a total loss of 4.4 lbs for the week! Woo-hoo! Of course it would've been great to be in the 180s, but I'm not sweating it (um, I swear, I'm NOT! lol). All I know is that I had better be there by my weigh-in on Friday, or I will not be a happy camper! LOL. No, but seriously, I'm pleased with this number, and I'm just hoping I don't gain this week--I hurt my back pretty bad over the weekend, so I've been avoiding most physical activity, and it's been reeeally hard to resist the temptation of self-medicating with ice cream/chips/candy/whatever. But I'll stay strong! Hehe.

Lawl, I gained .4 lbs this week. Stupid TOM and ice cream.

I have decided that I must eat some "bad" foods to kickstart my metabolism, however ice cream is not it.

****ing mother ****ing ***** ***** **** ***!!

149.6 this morning.
I blame exams and the fact that I had a study party yesterday morning at a greasy diner where I ate sausages and eggs for breakfast.

I'm leaving for Ireland tomorrow, and I'm thinking being away may not do good things for the scale.

Jelbb, you'll be surprised!!! You may not be looking at everything you're eating, but you won't even really need to! You'll be so busy walking EVERYWHERE, and moving and buzzing around that you'll be burning more calories than you would here by far.

Any time I've ever gone on a trip to Europe (or any place like it when it comes to activity), I've LOST weight even though I would be drinking and eating things I would never make a habit of eating at home. Case in point: I spent a month in Ireland doing a course and lost at least 10 lbs. So if you're there 2-3 weeks... you very well may be coming back to us in the new year saying that you are 142 (!).

Plus, I don't think you really want to make such a stink about sticking to your diet when you're letting loose with your man and his friends. Gotta make us Canadians proud! Just make sure you're healthyish as much as possible.

Down to 204.8 yesterday morning and I am holding out weighing in for at least a couple of days. I know that I am PMSIng so that doesn't help...just can't wait to start already. Plus I really need to do some working out. Been totally slacking on that end of things.
Good job ladies !!

Yikes, I have missed a lot! Stupid finals week at school...

YAY leighish, that is spectacular! I didn't get a chance to do my usual Friday weigh-in today (I just got home for my Winter break, and I haven't unpacked yet, hehe), but I'm sure that I wouldn't have been 188... Man, I am so jealous! Hehe, you're just going to have to get used to hearing that from me. Good going, you!

Though I tried my best to eat healthily during finals week, I definitely couldn't stick to my usual habits--especially since my schedule was so messed up. Some days I ate as little as an apple and a Luna bar (BAD BAD BAD, I know!), but then last night I went out to dinner to celebrate the end of finals week, and I definitely overate. So I have no idea what to expect for my next weigh-in... As long as I haven't gone over 192 or so, I won't be too disappointed. It WOULD be pretty awesome to have a loss, though.

I have no idea what to expect in the morning! I was 174.5 on Wednesday, then 175.5, and who knows what I'll be? I exercised a lot today, but I also ate a lot since we were celebrating my sister's birthday... Hmm.
