    Maybe I shouldn't have added a 2nd goal weight lol.

    I set an all time personal record for running distance last night. I ran 8.44 miles (took a few seconds under 95 minutes). It was just really nice out here last night, and I felt amazingly good! BUT this morning I am incredibly sore. My poor poor knees are crying. My hips are stiff and sore. I always retain a bit when sore so I'm hoping to be down a smidge tomorrow. ALSO, I nearly did a dead hang pull up yesterday. I've been working at this for months, I think I'll have it soon, within a week or two. Very excited. So weird, am I actually like in really good shape now??? CRAZY!

    Okay I fell asleep and woke and saw I lost half a pound. So I am taking back my post lol YAY I have lost my first 5 pounds!

    I have been stalled too! It sucks. Admittedly my phone app fudged up by not keeping correct track of the daily points (WWer here) and I was eating 2 points over but not enough to make me maintain, I would think. I'm also working out so I've been expecting to see a lower number than 166 for almost 2 weeks now. I am just trying to be veryveryvery patient (not my strongest suit right now, lol) and just keep going with the food and workouts even though it is a bit hard/disheartening not to see progress. I know TOM is coming up for me so it may be that.

    I'm a WWer too! Do you eat your weeklies? I have been eating some (maybe half) but I'm going to try to stay away from them this week ( they restart on Thursdays) and see if that will do anything. I'm trying to be patient too but it is a bit frustrating. Hopefully we will both see a drop soon! Great job on working out. I definitely need to start working out more consistently
  • Lockitup, that is so cool about the pull up and incredible about the run. I wish I could do a single pull up by myself without my fience holding my legs for me. Keep up the good work girl!

    At 180, I used probably 2/3 or less, very rarely will I eat all of the WP (unless I happened to have fun-filled weekend with all the beer and food, lol.) Now at 166, I try not to touch more than half unless I feel really hungry or have some cravings. I have noticed that most of my WP-diving tends to happen before/during TOM, haha. I don't eat my AP since I am pretty much sedentary most of the time aside from the exercise.

    I'm not sure what finally clicked to keep going with the workouts but I'm glad for it. I hung up a pair of goal pants by my bedroom door to try to motivate me to keep going.
