Happy Friday
Looking forward to an active weekend. Philly, you know, I used to be into the grocery store cakes big-time as a way to deal with some stress I was having. Even now, I'll pick one up now and again, and I find they're really not that good. Now if I could just apply the memory of the last bad one to the ones I've yet to buy before I buy them!
But the strawberries Have been really good and I've been having those with a bit of Greek yogurt and either shaved cheese or hemp seed and
that has been good. Seems my healthy meals are getting more healthy, which makes my junk food seem that more junky
Everyone is doing so great! The scale is a pain in the &%$ sometimes, I know. Too bad we can't do this on credit, you know, 20 pounds right off the bat for x amount of effort every day ... that would be sweet...I think. Imagine going to meet some new people minus the 20, screwing up on the 'agreement', and being 20 pounds heavier when you see them the following week
