I'm new here, but I just started the SFL Cookie diet 2 days ago... so far I'm hanging on, but I'm reading the book for the Simple Diet and I think this could be something I could do long-term (as opposed to the cookie diet!!

)
Has anyone had luck long term with the simple diet? The only thing that gives me pause is having to eat frozen meals all the time. About 10 years ago, they were ALL I ATE for lunch... to the point where the smell made me nauseous... Lean Cuisines and Smart Ones and Healthy Choices, etc., make me sick to my stomach.

I'm hoping it will be different this time. I saw some of you used alternatives and prepared your own frozen meals. Do you have recipes to share that worked??
