    Today - Full Body weight training.

    Onederchic - Oh breaking up workout sessions to keep yourself busy, I totally understand. And, I bet, it helps you stay motivated that way. Keep up the good work

    I did the Ab RipperX from it yesterday. It's only 15-18 mins but it is good. Hubby is following the P90X routines. I'm doing my own stuff but decided to add the ab/core workout from the P90X to my workouts.

    August 19th: 33 minutes on the Stairmaster + 9 mins of ab exercises.

    Penguin, glad to hear that you are feeling better. Blueberry pancakes...mmm

    Echo, I love Tony too! I find him quirky but funny and motivating at the same time. You're very welcome, I am glad the stretches are working for you A great warm-up/strengthing exercise for the shins is toe tapping. I try to tap while I am sitting at the computer.
