  • So i did my 45 min of Tae Bo yesterday...plan on doing it again today. Went out with a girlfriend last night and had a couple of drinks. I feel like a big fat cow...even though I know that I am not. Starting to feel better though with 2 days of consistent working out under my belt...just gotta make sure I get it in today too
  • sooo this week has been good. i have worked out mon-thurs and i plan to do cardio everyday for 2 weeks so 4 days down 10 to go! my eating has been good but i just cant find my will power to do ph1 of FS even though i know it will help me kick cravings and get back into eating wholefoods. nonetheless i havent been eating junk but i know i could lose more if i did it.

    WI is in the morning and then i am going to meet with my bff's PT to see if i want him to train me too. i prob will cause he is affordable and i need that extra push.

    this weekend i will be doing a lot of manual labor we are pretty much cleaning this house from top to bottom we have a huge dumpster in the yard. this is a ridiculous task so i better build some muscle, lose a pound or both!
  • Becky I know exactly how you feel. Ihave 6-7 more pounds and more realisticly 16 or 17 and I am so not trying very hard. I never stop working out cause I am in such a habit for that and I do races which keeps on track.....however it so east to drink a fifth or eat just a handful of whatever or a cheeseburger at while you are out. Plus with all the summertime fun I just haven't wanted to be strick.. YAY for your new car!!!!

    Brie - You will be at 185 by august 15th. You have been doing really well and with challenges ....and going to the gym....trust you will get there

  • i loooooooooove summer!!!

    its so hard to stay on plan during the summer! so maybe u girls will be able to get motivated to stay OP once summer has ceased lol. i know its been a struggle for me to get OP now i have to stay there.

    so i was up 4 pounds at WI i am going to charge that to water or something cause i have worked my *** off this week doing cardio and eating right. i refuse to believe i gained. i will weigh myself this week at home before i go to WW to compare. i almost slapped the lady and i know it wasnt her fault lol.

    sooo i looved the trainer i will definitely be spending my pennies on going to him. i have to sneak but i dont care i need the accountability and the push. he was super cool. 3 sessions/week for 40$ yup i am going to have to jump on it!

    well i am off to eat some pound cake. i want it i deserve it and im eating it lol.

  • UGH I had a long and VERY exhausting weekend. I am still super tired this morning. I have sooo much to do today and I have to fit a work out in somewhere before I go to work. Just wanted to say "HI" really quick before I getmy butt a movin'
  • sooo my eating is finally in check i am just forcing myself to have veggies and/or salad with every meal. i stocked up on fresh fruit and i feel sooo much better. ive been working out with the trainer and on my own and i know i am going to see a loss this week on that stupid WW scale.

    gotta go workout just wanted to drop in and say hey to my girls!

  • So I got all set up with the trainer on Monday and today I am going in to lift weights and run 5 miles. Thats what my fat a** needs since I gained a pound. I am trying with this eating thing....but I swear the summer is sooooo hard. I love ya'll!

    Brie - I am sorry Boo. I just read the last posts and I see that you are now my hero. I need to "get like you". Screw that 4 pounds from last week I know you will be down some stupid amount tomorrow like 6 or something!

  • Gosh I feel like I just constantly SLACK! So I haven't really worked out, danced a lil last night when I went out...had WAY to many drinks, been sick all day today and well went from 177 yesterday to 170 today....stupid dehydration.
    Meeting at work in the morning so better go to bed.

    scale sucks im back at 195 but TOM is coming prob tues. so that could be it who knows??!!??

    today i have to work out on my own cause my PT session was canceled and i plan to start a new running program that seems less boring than c25K i think i will do that every morning even if i work out with my PT. also my new exercise love is spinning. i know my a** is going to look great if i keep doing it. and its hard core but it doesnt hurt any injuries etc. i love it!

    anywho have a good weekend everyone!
  • Well Ladies it is OFICIALLY my birthday month! Woot Woot! 28 days to go. I am so excited not to mention Puerto Rico on the 16th! Hellz yeah. Fun Times....and i need to stay focused. I have the HM next month (labor day) and I have to run even on vacation. I am looking forward to that though.

    Brie - Damn that scale! I love spin class too. I love how hard you work without injuring anything. Except my tailbone...that ish hurts so I tend to stand alot.

    Becky - I have been having a problem with drinking as well. I don't know what has gotten into me!!!!!
  • Ashlan- Well I HARDLY ever drink anymore...and i only had a couple that night..I think someone put somethin in my drink at some point.

    Anyways I have really been slackin on the whole losing weight point. Just kind of bouncin around the same numbers....but I'm not exactly trying either. More focused on other things I guess right now. Maybe once winter comes again I can completely regain my focus to lose the rest..which is fine with me I am really comfortable where I am.

    A total NSV for me was when I went shopping the other day and the MEdiums were tooo big..like WTF I'm not a SMALL!! But yes I bought 2 shirts and they were both smalls and fit perfectly. Too bad my hips are too big...so I still wear a size 10 on the bottom but they are a bit loose after I wear them for a bit.

    I know exactly what you mean. I have been preeeeeetty comfy for the last two months and just in last week have really been putting in the effort. I am actually down 171.6 from 173 woot woot. Happy about that. Gotta workout tonight and plan my food for tomorrow.

    Brie - hi boo. have you weighed in? Has it come down at all?
