Cats--This was happening to me as well. What happened is once i walk through that door--it's all over for me. I'm done. If I'm lucky, I do a walk after dinner, but can't count on that. So I either work out before work, or go straight to the gym or pool right after.
Of course, this is not good if you don't belong to a gym. I know not everyone can afford one, or there isn't one close by. If there is--get one between work and home, or close to work. Try not to drive past home to get to gym--you will talk yourself out of going. If you work at home, I'd suggest to do your workout early, get it out of the way. That way, you won't be tired or get caught up in something, and lose the whole day.
I plan the night before, get my gym clothes ready to take with me, and of course, I can't make it every night. But I do more often than not.
I do not have little kids to worry about, if you do, I don't know what to do about that, except pick a gym with childcare? Then you have to get them and take with you.

: will be good to me

lol
last week I was staying up watching the olympic softball games, which came on at midnight here. Now I'm just staying up. Okay enough of my whining.
Morning Everyone
But training is over for the time being and I'm back to work.
I'm seriously trying to get back to my workout routine and this has been the hardest part for me. I did my treadmill last night after about 2 1/2 weeks of hiatus or call it lazy a** me. It felt good. I'm eating OP and staying well within my calories and getting some form of exercise in there.
