I'm back to the flex plan as of Wed. Core did what I needed it to do, get me past my plateau. I found the plan quite easy, except for lunches...Not many ideas I didn't think, esp. when my lunches are away from home and I'm not too fond of tomatos w/cottage cheese. I figured core was a good way to remind me of how I SHOULD be using my pts too, so back on track I am
I do have a NSV to post. I bought some jeans about a month ago, size 16...from a REG. store too

anyhow, they're getting alittle baggy...so my friend who's just lost 58lbs and went from a 20 to an 8, told me she had some 14's if I wanted them...I went over, figured I'd put them aside until I could use them....I tried them on when I got home and they FIT!! They're alittle tighter, but not to the point of being uncomfortable. I'm elated, it's been awhile since I've been in 14. My highest was a 20.
Life is good...and the Tigers are moving on to the world series!!!!!!!!!!!
