Hello all!
I'm a returning Leslie Sansone walker. A few years ago my husband and I were walking together, but he stopped and then so did I. I finally picked it up again this month. This is the start of my second week of WATP, and I've been doing one or two miles a day. I think I'm going to try for one mile one day, and then two the next, and move up from there. Today I did a mile from the 5 Mile Fat Burning DVD. I wasn't able to do the boosted two minutes at the end, but I still got a good workout. It's so inspiring to go on the walkathome.com website and see all the success stories, because it always seems to me that walking couldn't possibly be enough to lead to weight loss, but it is!
