I'm really not good at dieting right now, but I hope you don't mind me holding myself accountable here

I like Christmas food and I don't want to restrain myself, I basically eat my normal way and then substitute a meal with the seasonal stuff. But I had each dish or treat or whatever you want to call it only once this season. Well,

I don't beat myself up over what I eat, enjoy it but keep the calories in the back of my head. Basically.
I really like Christmas time.
Lyn77 yep, when I considered getting an activity tracker I did read up on all the models and they are actually really accurate on distance. They are just so super expensive, and I decided to rather save up for good running shoes. I like fancy gadgets though (I especially took a like in the Nike Fuel Band), so it is super tempting.
But don't worry, scales are crazy and often it is better to look at the overall trend than to go day by day.
