To everyone else, good morning.... lazy weekend for me this week and I liked it. Have to do a bunch of driving and go see relatives etc. next weekend so I enjoyed not doing much this weekend other than laundry, cycling, and a little online gaming.

Wuv..what did you do at the beginning when you started? Did you do 4 packets or 3? or did you add in extra protein???
I have only eaten 3 packets from day 1 and I have never added any extra protein. I have been very VERY strict with myself. YES, I get hungry but I just drink more water. I talk to myself A LOT. Here is what happened to me last night. I was totally out of veggies so my oldest son and I go to the store. We walk in and what is the first thing we see, Strawberry shortcake for $3.17 a whole cake. My son says oh damn I am getting that. So he picks that up and I go about getting my squash and okra for the week. We get home and my youngest says oh man that looks good cut me a piece mom. So I took the cake put it by the sink because I KNEW I was going to get some on my fingers, turned on the faucet and the MINUTE something got on my fingers I put it under the water. Because what is your first instinct? straight to your mouth. I have not ONCE put anything in my mouth since April 27th that is NOT OP.
Another one for you, my youngest and I had a 3 hour drive on Saturday to pick up some rims for my oldest. I ate my breakfast around 10:30 we got on the road at 11 or so. My youngest says mom go to McD's so I can get something to eat so I did. He wanted a #6 large and a McChicken so that is what I ordered him. We get the food is smells AWESOME, HOT FRIES!! he takes his first few fries out eats them and says Mom I feel bad for you not being able to have these fries they are awesome. I looked at him and said you enjoy those fries I am losing weight and you are gaining by eating that and drank my water. I have the mind set right now that I can handle anything, I am not letting anything ANYTHING get in my way. I WANT THIS TOO BAD TO LET THAT HAPPEN.
I only see a scale when I WI. I do not have one at home. I think it was Bella I made promise me NOT TO GET ON THE SCALE until it is your WI day. SOOOOOO Port here is your challage to ME and WAYWARD .....NO getting on the scale until your OFFICIAL WI!....do you think you can do that?
