I started C25K June 1.
The scale has been less than cooperative.

I lost 4 pounds in June, but since the first of this month I've just gained and lost the same 2 pounds.
But inches? Wowzers. Huge difference. Just measuring 4 areas - hips, waist, chest (below boobs), and boobs (at the biggest point) - I've lost 21 inches!

I really don't have any clothes that fit properly anymore.
I'm guessing I'm replacing fat with muscle which weighs the same but takes up less space. (What BacOs said.)

From everything I've read, I think the answer is a really big NO. Your body needs time to recover between runs. When you exercise, your muscles get microscopic tears. When you rest, the tears are repaired and the muscle becomes stronger. If you don't allow your body to repair itself, it can result in injury. (I think this is correct. Don't quote me on it. I'm still learning.
