Default I Did It! First 5K!

I ran my first 5K this morning with an unofficial time of 46:30!

I ran the first mile, did run/walk intervals the second mile, and ran
the third mile. I've only completed W4 of C25K (over a period of 6 weeks) with no previous running experience at all.

It was pretty freakin' amazing! I think it was the biggest accomplishment of my life. I feel like I've slain a dragon or something!

That is really amazing! I have a 5k in August and I would love to have that kind of time.. I'm not much of a good runner, but I'm working on it. Definitely inspiring of you to share.

Any tips or advice?

To go from not running at all to finishing a 5k is a great accomplishment - especially in such a short span of time! congrats
