Seriously though, hope you are okay.I took half a day off work yesterday and went to the gym early then went home and made a batch of pumpkin soup and had a nap on the sofa.
Having today off the gym and looking forward to the weekend. I'm starting to feel really tired, I guess the 2 nights of not sleeping earlier in the week has caught up with me. Bring on Sunday when I can have a real sleep in.





. I just keep telling myself that I need to look on it as an adventure. I've been very clear with her about my boundaries, and the things I won't tolerate, so here's hoping…
