I saw 164.5 on the scale this morning. The lowest I ever remember weighing after high school was 164. I was living in Boulder, CO, at th time, walked 2 miles everyday, and hiked 8-10 miles every weekend. I was doing weight watchers, earned tons of activity points and never used them on food. I remember people making fun of me for counting out my baked tortilla chips (12=serving=3pts). My goal for today is to appreciate how EASY this diet is compared to that.
I am working from home today, then heading up to NY this afternoon for a conference tomorrow. I just hope that I survive the heat today and tomorrow. Wish me luck! At least the cold feeling that I always have with this diet will work to my advantage today. I'm staying at my favorite hotel (Andaz by Hyatt). They have a "design your own entree" option on the room service menu. You pick your protein, how it's cooked, the type of sauce, the two veggies... and they have fantastic IP options on the veggies. Why can't all hotels be like this?? You can also design your own salad, and they are happy to bring olive oil and white vinegar in separate tiny little (super cute) bowls...
DARBS -- when do you sleep? I just noticed that you are posting at 4:30am!

I have been sprinkling various no-sugar spice combinations on my salads to make them less boring. Check out penzeys.com... They have stores in most states now, I think. I love their Southwest Seasoning and the Crouton Seasoning. I've also been meaning to try their Florida Seasoned Pepper... I mix these with olive oil and aple cide vinegar and make various dressings...
