We are entering birthday season here, and I have to acknowledge there will be some binging. I figure I'll do what the good doctor suggests in his book and just follow up any transgressions with a couple of days of PP. While I know it's not ideal, I figure it's the best thing to do. Has anyone else had a similar experience with that?


OR I know another reception I was at in the same place served meat balls, turkey and ham... I could work with that.
