Do you think it has made a difference with your weight loss, honestly? One of my problem areas are my legs, especially thighs and was wondering if the running might help tone that area. What's your opinion?

I am so thrilled !!!!!! But.....found out this past week that I have to have a hysterectomy--have to stop taking all the vitamins/herbs until after surgery and may have to stop the diet for a couple of weeks until i'm healed.
