We got our Christmas tree today. We splurged and got a GIANT one. We've been planning for three years to buy an extra large tree this year. It is so beautiful. The cat is not sure what to think about it!
I do finally feel like I've lost some weight and my clothes are getting loose. I thought when I got to this weight, regular obese instead of Class II obese, I would feel a lot better and my numbers would look better. I was wrong! Hopefully the next ten pounds will do it. I was looking back at my tracking and my numbers looked better when I was doing IF. I just find IF is too hard with being home almost all of the time. Pre-Covid, I had the IF built into my schedule in a way I didn't really notice it.
The other thing about the weight I am at is- it is the I'll never be here again weight. I know I am not the only one with this type of number. This is the weight I was when I started my first moderately successful weight loss attempt like twenty years ago. I thought to myself then
oh- I will never see that weight again, I will never let myself gain again. I was so very wrong. So here I am at that weight and celebrating being here.
