After a few injuries, specifically all focusing around my spine, I am learning to manage exercising around it. I'm careful not to do any that requires swift movement or jumping, or anything really intense (does not apply to strength training). So after getting down to 305, I've risen to 310.8 and am now ready to get out of the 300s. If I can manage my weight throughout an injury and not gain loads of weight back, I know I can manage for the rest of my life and I feel confident in my ability to do so. (Confidence is an issue for me that holds me back from losing weight, funny enough.)
So, 2 days ago I weighed in at 310.8. Hopefully out of the 300s soon.
I would have made a thread for this in the 300+ club instead of posting onto this old thread here, but no one seems to share my liking in these kind of threads over there.

I know you are doing great and come on down.. I am in the 260-250s tho still have 4 .5 more lbs to go to get into the 240's but being my age its slower.. so you might just get into that thread before I leave! Can't wait to see your ticker moving to the right ! YEAH!!
