Mel - I'm sure you're right about the salt...I've been higher since Sat's weigh in of 143 but I don't change it so I don't think you should either!! haha
Arabella - Tracking is so key for me, good luck with spark people - I look around at different tracking sites but always go back to fitday, mostly because i can't bare the thought of moving all of my data!
Just got back from the dentist, thank goodness that's done for another 6 months. Blech! haha Well ladies I'm starting to play with the idea of maintenance. I don't know if I'm ready...I have a goal of 135 but I'm starting to think I'm happy here...and I'm afraid of even more loose skin issues if I lose more...especially *ahem* with my breasts. I've got this worry about what they might look like if another pound were to come from that region - they've got quite a bit of loose skin and are looking kinda, well, deflated for lack of a better word. Sorry to be so TMI! Anyways I'm sorry to complain about it...I just really value your ladies input! So many people have been telling me it's time to stop. I know it's up to me, but I just don't know what to do. I'm conflicted. Part of me says, well I'll just keep eating my calorie level, and see what happens. The other part is saying no you need to up by at least 100 calories. ARGH! If I did end up losing more in one area than I want to, it's not like I could choose to put it back on in that area!!

Carri - We posted at the same time - I'm tired too! Losing that hour sucks, and then of course Katie is stilll teething....so tired! But it's so beautiful out today, hopefully we can get some energy back! Congrats to another OP weekend, you're doing awesome!!
