    Tues 12/5:

    cardio: burned 350 calories (according to the machines, which I realize are not accurate)
    weights: 2 ab exercises, 2 back, 2 legs, 1 shoulder
  • Back to full workouts today -- my knee is so much better. I don't think it was really a sprain after all, or at least it was a very mild one.

    40 min elliptical
    20 min treadmill walk
  • 28 min of spinning
    Didn't get to the elliptical cause people were on it, and then didn't get to it cause I have a TON of papers to grade tonight!

    Tomorrow. Hopefully it will be free.

    36 min treadmill

  • Am moving my rest day to today after blood donation - normally I'm ok, but this time I got a little wee bit dizzy when I stood up, so I'm not going to chance it.

  • today is a rest day for me. Tommorrow is 1 hr in the gym!
  • yesterday: rest day
    today: 40 min elliptical; 30 min walk and kick DVD
  • Today: 60 min cardio (half stair climber, half elliptical), 50 min UB strength and abs.
  • Pilates toning for my legs, cardio, and 1 rep of weights for my arms.
