Yay, I exercised today!

  • 17 min 24 sec on the stationary bike this morning, the first 10 at a higher resistance than I've done. I didn't make it to my 20 minute goal today, cause I really need to get a gel seat cover for the bike (ouch, my tailbone!!).

    50 steps on the stairmaster.
  • Tuesday: 1 hour Nia
    Sunday: 1/2 hour walk
  • 20 minutes of stretching exercises this morning - a mini workout before getting ready for work
  • Tuesday: 1 hour bike ride, 1 hour aquacize.
  • Today: 1 hour bike ride, 30 minute walk
  • Wednesday's workout

  • Thursday: 1 hour bike ride, 30 minute walk, 45 min aquacize (we started late do to an um "incident" with one of the four year old swim lesson kids) They had to shock treat the pool
  • Friday: 1 hour bike ride, 30 minute walk
  • Friday - Weight Training - Arms - 4 stations - 3 sets of 10 - nature trail climb
  • Sat - Nature Hike for warm up - bench press for shoulders - 3 different exercises, 3 sets of 10 each, crunches, misc

    My arms from my elbow to my neck are killing me
  • Sunday: 1 hour walk, hilly terrain.
  • Did my yoga tape on Saturday and Sunday
  • 40 minute walk at lunch today
  • 15 min jog/walk around the block, 70 crunches, leg lifts, and 100 steps on the stair master....
  • Tuesday: 70 minutes Nia
    Wednesday: 50 minutes circuit training, arm and shoulder concentration
