  • Well I must confess that Tuesday I did not exercise

    But last night I did 20 minutes of Aerobics
  • :sball2: :sman: TODAY ended up being a day. I walked

    or should I say treaded 30 min on the treadmill watching Regis and
    Kelly. I would have rather been outside but with around 2" of snow
    I didn't want to take the chances of falling. I walk my driveway or
    lane which is 1/10 of a mile each direction. So it takes me up
    some small grades plus flat area's. My cats usually follow me, but
    they go less and less each round I make. Anyway my exercise for
    the day is done unless I stretch with Angela L. later.
    Keep up the good work ladies--keep the goal's in mind whether they
    be big or small.
    I once again get weighed in at TOPS tomorrow, wish me luck!

  • Wednesday I went to the gym and worked out on the treadmill for 33 minutes at 3mph. I walked 1.5 miles and burned over 500 calories.
  • No again (Weds.)
    Good job, fictional and everybody else. I still haven't done much of anything this week. But I will today.
  • No gym for me today, I have work from 8am-noon and then class 2:30-9pm. Tomorrow night hubby and I are going to the gym and hopefully Saturday too. If I go Friday and Saturday that will be 5 times this week!
  • No thursday and No Friday.
    What can I say - I suck!

    I did 40 ab crunches OWWW!

    Feeling pretty blah and like I'm not getting anywhere at the moment.

  • Good morning ladies. I guess I should say afternoon since its 10 to
    12 noon. It's saturday and I just finished 30 min on the I didn't
    exercise yesterday (FRI) I guess I just took a day out of life.

    I'm back on track now. Happy Weekend to everyone. exercise-exercise-
    exercise!!!!
  • Played catch with nerf football for half an hour, walked around the lake here for an hour.

    I have developed some wonderful ways to exercise and wanted to share it with you all. I have changed my cleaning from "one big amount" in one day to "a little bit" each day. When I vacumn, mop, sweep, straighten up the kids rooms, anything...I make sure to walk, bend, jump, move, dance, anything to keep moving! (And the kids get a kick out of it!)

    It makes exercise feel a lot less like a chore some days! Good luck Everyone!

    But today I did an hour of Aerobics that was an undertaking whew...
