I REFUSE to change my sig. What did I tell you? I deserved a gain and that’s what I got. Up 2.4. I’m actually more thoughtful than I am mad. I don’t understand how I can have killer motivation for 2,3 even 6 weeks at a time and then I lose it, gain and it takes twice as long to find that hidden motivation again. I just don’t understand it. I wanted to be at goal by sometime this summer (preferable early summer). Do you realize it’s already the middle/end of April? I have 30 pounds to lose and I know it’s not going away in a mere 6 weeks! Oh yeah, I’m sure it’s healthy to lose 5 pounds a week

When I put my mind to things, I succeed, so why can’t I just keep my mind where it belongs and get to goal? Sometimes I feel like such a hopeless case b/c I’ve been working at this for so long. It’s always something. We bought Taebo last year. That lasted 6 weeks. Then I said ‘when we get a dog, I’ll walk it every day’ I hate to admit it, but I don’t. My poor dog is walk neglected. Now I’m thinking ‘when I quit my job I’ll have plenty of time to exercise!’ NO!! Why can’t I just get down to business and do it now!?!?!?
I’m craving fried fish. Where the HE double hockey sticks did that come from? There has to be something I’m missing in my diet that’s making me crave things. I can’t even schluff it off on TOM either

Jeez, who is this munchie monster in me lately? OK, now it’s potato chips. It’s that physical pull. Grrrrrrr There has got to be something going around b/c it sounds like a lot of us are having problems lately. Good to know I’m not alone in this.
On the poll I put that she could lose a few, but I agree with whoever said that it should be in toning, not necessarily lose weight. I don’t even want to get started on the Hollywood image thing!! Don’t know when I’m going to have time to see the movie, but did see ‘Behind the Movie’ on VH! It was pretty funny to hear them talk about making fun of Rene for her British accent.
Lisa: Thanks for asking about me. I’m going to try to go home and take a nap tonight before the game so I can make it all the way through. We’ll see if that really happens or not. Cup Crazy Baby

Oh man, that’s right, you are 2 hours ahead of me. OK, so now I feel like a schmuck for whining about it. Hey, you wanna come over and watch the game with us?? *wink wink nudge nudge*
Jen: Did anyone notice your hair? Stick to your guns on the volunteer situation. Remember just that, you are a volunteer. If she really needs you, she’ll make the changes to accommodate you. Don’t feel like you have to rescue the situation at the expense of family and sanity!! Oh, she co-operated! Yeah!!
Sarah: Way to go on your run! I’m so impressed
Trish: I’m drinking a Diet Dr. Pepper! Good for you on cutting down. I think I have maybe 2-3? a week. My DH is the same way on hair. I know he really didn’t love it when I got 5 inches cut off after the wedding last year. I’m sure he’s very happy now though b/c since I’m growing my bangs out I figure I’ll grow the rest out too. I’m thinking about getting it layered so it has some body. It’s stick straight and hardly holds any curl. I hate to get a perm b/c it’s taken me so long to get it healthy. I tried to get my guy to go to WW with me as well. He wouldn’t but has come up with his own exercise routine and eating pattern. He can do it so easily on his own, it really frustrates me!
Stacey: Congrats on your loss!
Kay: You are doing such a wonderful job on the smoking! Keep up the good work. Hubby and I can’t wait until we have a basement so we can put a workout room down there. We really enjoy working out together (I love weights) but hardly get to do it with my hectic schedule.
Kirsty: I love reading your posts. When you say you are rubbish, what do you mean? Rubbish here is like junk or trash. Are you saying you are trashy??

Here we go with the British vs American lingo!
Angie: 3.5#!! Wow, that’s wonderful!!! That first five feels so good
Suzanne: Tell your b/f that he’s going to get his a$$ kicked by all of us for that comment!!!
Slinko!!! I’m so glad you joined. I think you will find that the program is very easy as far as how it works. Be prepared for some shocking point values on foods you thought were ‘OK’. It can be worked together though so you don’t feel deprived all the time. I didn’t tell anyone for a long time that I was on WW. It will come with time so don’t worry about it!
You know, just replying to you guys helps with things sometimes!
