  • Friday-- Wooo Hooo 5 full days this week!! 15 minutes stretches, 40 minutes Simple 7 Circuit on the TBT!!
  • I really procastinated...but managed to do 4 mile WATP this AM. So I also have 5 days(and 7 workouts) for the week...(hi-five, Teensy!).
