    November goals: 1200 minutes, 8 ST session, 24 days of at least 8K steps

  • I am going to run at least 12 miles a week, 3 miles 4x's a week.and strength train as well
  • I will have 3 goals this month if that is ok.
    Goal #1: 100miles

    1. Complete Week 9 of C25K program. Goal 1 met!
    2. Run a 5K on Nov. 7.
    3. Run a 5K on Nov. 21.
    4. After C25K is complete, begin running 4 days/week.
