Cheers, I doubt that there is much at the fair that is really legal. The turkey legs are probably marinated in a sauce that has sugar in it. I know there are some really good steak sandwiches, with grilled onions, green peppers and mushrooms with cheese on top. If you asked them to forget the bread and put it in a dish, that would be ok. Maybe ginea grinders? The best thing to do, is ask the vendors, but if you really want to be safe, either eat before you go or take something with you. When I was doing induction, I did try really hard to stay OP. At this point, I've been dieting for over a year and I'm going to endulge in the food. I have a life time of eating right to look forward to, but the fair is only once a year. And, I haven't been able to go for years, so this is really special for me.
