  • Weigh-in was last night! Lost 2 pounds! Journaling again beginning today. I also walked a mile (finally!!) last night.

  • Debbie-Sure, it doesn't matter. Tha;s what this WOE is all about. You don't need to deny yourself any foods. I was just wondering. You are doing great. It's just that I save points by using ff, but then again I don't like the taste of regular margarine! Believe it or not, I prefer the taste of ff margarine. I can even eat it by itself!!

  • WW question...... What does it mean by "banking points"? I know you can save them and use them later in the week. My question is....I should be eating between 27-29. Tuesday I had 25 points, so how many could I bank? Sorry to be so dumb!! LOL

  • Debbie you have 2 extra points banked for one day this week. So that means you could eat 31 points. If you exercise you can also bank more points. By the way two questions, how big was your bagel or how many calories and according to my calcalations your wednesday dinner was 7.5 points unless your porkchop was large. I would have ate the whole potatoe it is only 3 points for a very large potatoe. You can top it with 1/4 cup of ff sour cream and onions for a point.

    Well today is my last day of the three day diet. I did one day one one off and then two in a row. I play around with the food choices abit. Back to ww tomorrow.
  • Thanks Dee!! My pork chop was small. I did put 1 tsp regular margarine on my 1/2 potatoe. How is excerise points earned? See I'm just full of questions!! LOL Is your 3 day diet like a detox thing?

  • Debbie-Most people count 1 mile as 1 AP (depending on how fast you are walking.) Since I did a run/walk today for 6 miles, I earned 6 AP's. I usually eat all mine instead of banking them. Anyway, since you have 2 banked points for Tuesday, you can use them for another day any time during the same week. So, if you and Sherry are going out for drinks, there you go!! If you were to eat for example, 23 points today, you would be able to bank another 4 and have a total of 7 points to use either throughout the week or as a treat on one day. Add another 3 miles of swift walking, and it would give you a total of 10 banked points to use. Nuff said??? Hope you understand it. Good luck!

    BTW, I was thinking the same thing as Dee. I would eat a whole potato. Also, I usually count a small pork chop as 4 or 5 points, a small or medium corn on the cob would be 2. I think you had probably 7 or 8 points for dinner. I've found it's better to over estimate, though.

    Wednesday: 27 Points

    Thursday:
    Breakfast: 1 Cup Wheaties, 1 Cup 2% Milk-(4)
    Lunch: Wendy's Spicey Grilled Chicken Sandwich- (9.5)
    Medium Dr.Pepper-(3)
    Dinner:Smart Ones Beef & Vegetable Rice Bowl (YUM-YUM!)- (5)
    Snacks: 13 Animal Crackers-(3)
    FF Fudge Popsicle-(2)
    Total:26.5
