Hey everyone,
I'm off to a great start this week. Got up early enough yesterday to do yoga before work, then did it again after work. They're only 22 minutes each, but I figure doing ANY exercise twice in a day is an accomplishment. Did quite well with food - gave in to my sweet tooth right before bed with 1 anise bear.
Today is my day off - I slept in and did a short kettlebell workout already. Now off to do errands. I'm trying a new gumbo recipe for dinner tonight. A friend bought me a cookbook in New Orleans a year ago, and I'm finally getting around to using it.

I found a recipe that doesn't use roux, so if I can find a turkey or reduced fat andouille, it will be perfectly on plan. If not, I'll use less sausage.
