  • Yaknow, I am actually figuring this out now. I have had the number 125 in my head, but I have been losing the same 1 or 2 pounds for months now, staying around 130. Between being crazy busy with school, training for a half marathon, and getting used to a new job where I'm on my feet all day, I've recently come to the realization that now is not the time to be in a calorie deficit situation. My body seems to like being at 130... I feel good about how I look... and it's in the healthy range. It's time to accept myself for all the awesome I've accomplished and stop worrying about it If I end up losing more, GREAT! But that will not be my main priority for the next few months. Too much other stuff going on. I am actually planning on calling it "goal" at my meeting tomorrow! Excited!!!

  • I'm just looking to get to the onederland also. Once I get there I'm thinking that 180 might be a good weight for me. I just want to be happy with my body and look nice in my clothes.

    Onederland is ONEderful

Thanks for all of the guidance, advice and sharing your personal goals and decisions. This is so helpful.

So, I'll stick to 145-ish for my private final goal, for now. But, it sounds like I'll probably end up wanting to lose a bit more.
  • I'm with Tonyia. My weight range was something like 114-132? I got down to 123 and lots of people said I was too thin or I looked better with some curves...I just thought they were haters Nope...looking back at pics of myself at that weight, I looked so unhealthy, and that was the middle of my healthy weight range! IMO, aim for the top of your healthy weight range for health reasons. After that, go with how well you think you look. It's true, some girls look better with curves than others!
