Congrats on another win this week Blue Team!
I've been working out A LOT lately, so my poor sore muscles are retaining a lot of water. I'm going to do some light yoga today, and workout either tomorrow or Friday, then I'm going to take the weekend off from working out (at least anything strenuous for sure) and just stick to my regular calorie counting. I think that will give my muscles a chance to heal and stop retaining so much water. I'm also shooting for 80 oz of water a day, I'm at around 50 right now, so I'll make it just fine by bedtime. I love being hydrated, it always makes me feel so much better!

TOM is coming, and my body is sore. Lots of water and whole foods for me today, hopefully a good night's rest, then working out at 6 AM tomorrow. Hope it helps, I just feel very blah.
