  • Thursday: Denise Austin Sizzler 40 minutes

    Friday: Kathy Smith Functionally Fit 40 minutes
  • Wednesday - free weight class - my arms need work - hate it when the fat keeps waving after my hand has stopped!

    Friday - step class - love that class - gets me all charged up for the day ahead.

  • Walked approximately 10 miles this week (from the car and to the office and back) in less than 20 degrees weather. Even turned down a ride!!!!!

    Saturday-walk/run trot! LOL 40 minutes. Tomorrow before church going to do a step tape!!!!

    Tuesday and Saturday: Leslie Sansone Walk Aerobics 30 minutes.

    3 miles less than goal. Running on Sunday hampered by excessive wine drinkingin with friends on Saturday night Oh well, a girl's gotta have a little fund now and then!
