  • Soo here I am aswell! I wish I could stick to my 60mins/day rule, but my dog isnt feeling well enough to take long walks and also I keep skipping my strenght exercise..so I'm going for a more realistic goal for me and take 1200 mins this month and see how it goes.

    1.1 : 35mins walking
    3.1 : 45mins Wii Fit, 95mins in the Pool, 15mins walking

    190/1200


    470 + 190 = 660
  • I'm embarrassed but I'm here too. Last month I fell off the truck and it rolled over me (gained 4 pounds back). I'm going to commit to getting 30 min per day. So that means by goal is 870. I need to remember this is about commitment and not motivation. Good Luck everyone!
  • Princess- Nice. I used to skate quite a bit back in the stone age... still have skates. I'm hoping to skate some in the spring.

    Jan. 3 - Walking 65 minutes

    Group Total: 660 + 65 = 725
    Personal Total: 177 + 65 = 242
  • I am having a really rough time sticking with my afternoon exercise, so hopefully taking part in this thread will help me!

    My exercise currently looks like this, Mon-Fri:
    10 min slow walk in the morning (doggies!)
    2 15 minute walks during the day at break times

    And what I want to add is this:
    30-40 minute walks (trying couch to 5k) after work x 4 days a week
    20-30 minutes on the Wii fit x 3 days a week

    M-F roughly 60 min per day x 21 days = 1260
    Sat & Sun 30 mins per day X 8 = 240
    = 1500





    (hopefully it is OK to use the ticker to keep track?)

    -30 mins. walk/jog.
    -30 mins. stair stepper.
    -15 mins. Yoga

    Group Total: 725 + 135 = 860 mins.

    Personal Total: 130 + 135 = 265 mins.

    Did my first 30 min today!

    Group total ~ 860 + 30 = 890 min

    960 + 25 = 985
  • 30 minutes

    group total 985+30=1015
  • 1/3: 50 minutes of cardio

    Group Total ~ 1015 + 50 = 1065
  • Allrighty. Did 100 minutes at the gym: weight workout with trainer and then elliptical workout. Feels good to get on track. Why can't I feel good about it before I do it?? (hope that makes sense)

    Personal total: 130

    Group total ~ 1065 + 100 = 1165 min
