    I started IP on July 6th of this year and stopped about the first week of September and started using alternative products due to the fact I couldn't afford IP original anymore.

    restricted or not? for the last 2 weeks I have only had 2 restricted items - when my weight loss stalled after week 2 I decided to cut back on the bars to try and get me moving again. Getting by without them just fine so saving them for times when it's not convenient to make something else.

    Interesting observation that you will stop losing if you only have 3. I had slowed down a ton about 2 1/2 weeks ago....I switched to add more exercise (30 minutes on Wii a day) and either a 4th packet or a restricted each day (one or other) and the scale is moving again. I was so afraid of the restricted packets

    exercise or not? Everyday 1 hour gym session which includes Warm up cardio (walking), cardiovascular (bike or elliptical), Muscle Conditioning (retention band, weights, bosu ball) & stretching/cool down.
